Anyone else having great difficulty trying to get an NHS Healthy Start Voucher form signed, and not being able to get any member of healthcare staff to sign it? Why cant people attend their local surgery and have it signed?It does say on the form can be signed by any registered midwife,nurse or medical practitioner who has given health related advice.
