Dr. Dickerson was great! He was very straightforward and did not give me the run around. His office staff was wonderful (I used the Covington and Slidell locations.) I got my wisdom teeth taken out and all pre-op/post-op instructions were clear and known. The procedure went great! I would highly recommend Dr. Dickerson!
He got 1 star because they would not allow me to put zero. He lied to me continously. He was contracted to do immediately dentures and without telling me did just the opposite cause me to have to go almost a year without teeth and costing me an additional $3000 in out of pocket expenses. When confronted with why he did not do what he was contracted to do he made up a continuous string of lies trying to hide his incompetent behavior.
The best oral surgeon! I broke a upper front tooth off and had to get a titanium stud for a new tooth. Dr. Dickerson and his staff made my experience very comfortable and painless.
Dr Dickerson is great. Very friendly and down-to-earth. The staff is very nice and easy to deal with. Highly recommended. I wish some of my other medical professionals were as good.
