I am also disappointed with this Practice. At a yearly physical, Dr. Shambaugh NEVER had my son get off the table to check a possible curvature of the spine, or hernia. Also, after a blood test, I HAD TO CALL to get the results, after 3 wks, no one ever called, AND he did need a change in the prescription strength. Not professional enough for me. On to better places.
I love this office, both Dr Chang and shambaugh have been nothing but perfect with both my daughters for the past 8 years! No other Dr for them!
I am highly disappointed in this office. When I set up my appointment, no one made note to notify me of what insurances they accepted, and I assumed my insurance (AmeriHealth Caritas) would work as it had been accepted everywhere else I've ever been. When I arrived for my son's first check up when he was 3 days old, I had the temporary card provided by my OBGYN and was told he would be covered under my insurance for the first 30 days until I was able to get his SSN and get him set up with his own insurance.
