Dr. Tran stepped in to help my elderly mom in ER after the ER doctor we had already spoken with had to leave abruptly for an emergency. Dr. Tran was extremely patient and approachable. He wanted to be filled in on all details of our complicated situation and was so helpful. He cared! It’s rare to find a doctor who is willing to truly listen. After my mom’s admittance to the hospital the next day, he called me when we kept missing each other. I cannot thank Dr. Tran enough.
Very good bedside manner. Explained everything in detail, and answered if question me and my family had.
Very poor at explaining what was going on with the patient and talking over care procedures. Seemed to have a attitude when family was trying to get info about patient and a smug know it all face. In my opinion very un professional
