I completely had a negative experience with the office. The receptionist is very rude and also some of the nurses. I recently had a car accident and I called for emergency care to be seen Immediately they denied their services and wanted me to make an appointment. They are my primary care office and I think they should prioritize their cases and should provide great care Instead of Ignoring their patients health. I've been attending Dr. Yadira Buxo's office for 20 years. Everybody is polite and the Doctors are very helpful and friendly. Best service in the East Side of the Island.
