Awful. I've been seeing Dr. Bushi for over years and the quality of care has been awful. Due to my mental health, it's very hard for me to change things about my life (like jobs or doctors etc.) so I've stayed with them for so long. It feels like an abusive relationship. Recently it's gotten very, VERY worse. The new receptionist, Kialee, is incredibly rude, insensitive, loud and disrespectful. I love Dr. Bushi. He's not the cuddliest of mental health professionals (I think he's been doing this for a long time and he's seen a lot of ****), but he really listens to you and he gets you the treatment you need. I also appreciate that he has zero tolerance for BS. If I dance around a question he's asked me, he shuts that down and expects a real answer. Do not see him if you are on parole or probation. Awful treatment towards my daughter.
