Dr Brunious cared for my mother while at Santa Rosa Hospital. He submitted a bill to the insurance company and was paid. Although my mom had no financial responsibility, he is trying to collect the portion that was denied by the insurance company, by referring my mom to a collection agency that has reported this to the credit bureaus. This is unethical and harassment.
