My husband and I went in thinking wow what a great place everyone seemed nice UNTIL the Dr walked in…. It took me days to get my husband to be willing to go in to the ER. Dr Brunious proceeded to ask several question which is expected but my husband is sick and he’s frustrated so he asked why are you asking me so many questions I don’t know what’s wrong that’s why I’m here. Dr Brunious cared for my mother while at Santa Rosa Hospital. He submitted a bill to the insurance company and was paid. Although my mom had no financial responsibility, he is trying to collect the portion that was denied by the insurance company, by referring my mom to a collection agency that has reported this to the credit bureaus. This is unethical and harassment.
