My wife had to go through this surgical service to have her gallbladder removed. My insurance paid for the hospital stay (which we did not need) and attempted to negotiate repayment for the $25,000 they charged for this surgery. After talking with my insurance and finding this company would not negotiate, I called and left a message at 1:30pm MST, then called again 4:30pm MST to find out they had closed at 4pm EST.
