imagine going out full face of make up on for an event- you’re speaking but your eyes won’t stop watering.. super annoying distracting etc. You cant watch kids or be outside- light is a trigger for over watering. Forget natural vitamin d!! That being said, i am not sure why he only has a 3 star rating because this was absolutely the best dr i have ever experienced. I am over joyed how my upper eyelid surgery went.Dr.Buchanan was very informative about my surgery I have great results.
I went in for an initial evaluation and have severe Pytosis diagnosed by the doctor. He told me it would take maybe a month to hear back from my insurance. Since I did not hear back I called the office. I ended up calling 5 times with no questions being answered. I was told they were short staffed twice! I said that all I want is to know where we are in this process. I was told Dr Buchanan just sent in some type of request to my insurance. I was referred to Dr. Buchanans office by someone for my double upper eyelid surgery (Blepharoplasty). Dr. Buchanan, his staff, the nurses at the surgery center and everyone involved were nothing but THE BEST from start to finish with my Blepharoplasty procedure. Dr. Buchanan doesn't mess around, he's honest and straight to the point. He has a few office locations available which makes it nice to pick which one is closest to you. I would highly recommend him and his office to anyone no question at all.
I had good experience with Dr B and his staff. Very clean and comfortable. I didn’t wait long. They were nicely knowledgeable and all professional. I would recommend this doctor and staff.
