Very thorough exam, answers any & all questions. Very clean facility. Everyone very friendly.
I would not recommend this doctor for toddlers. I got my daughter checked and he started talking how it can be operated or wear lenses or put eye drops to help reduce, without giving me the prescription. After he was requested to give me the eye prescription, he gave the prescription as -1.5 for both eyes. When she started complaining about her eyes, we got back checked to other doctor and it came out -2.5 & -2.75 which is no way would have increased within 6 months.
I recently had an eye exam at Dr. Bucciero’s Family Vision Care, and I couldn't be more satisfied. The staff were professional and attentive, making sure I felt comfortable throughout the process. Dr. Bucciero was thorough in her examination and took the time to explain each step, which I greatly appreciated. Yikes. Imagine you book an eye exam, and after some wait and thorough check-up, the front desk drops a bombshell: they won't hand over your prescription unless you buy their glasses. Feels like being held hostage just to see clearly! Total racket. 😕
