We were long-time clients until a major surgery issue. Dr. B was supposed to remove two fatty deposits on our dog, Oliver, but only removed one, later telling us she forgot. Her solution was to offer a slight discount on anesthesia if we brought him back for a second surgery, which we didn't feel was fair. Days later, Oliver developed a severe wound. Dr B’s is a very nice veterinarian place. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. They treat your pet with kindness and respect.
Would not recommend at any cost
I am thankful for the staff to work in my sick cat on such notice. Everyone was kind and courteous. Dr B was knowledgeable and followed up on texts as well in the evening
They took care of our cat Hank after not knowing what was going on with him without costing an arm and a leg! Definitely recommend!
