Bryan Wall is not a good dentist. I've experienced his uncalled for impatience and his taking evasive action without any consultation. He is incapable of having a good working relationship with his patient. Second, he is lacking in technical skill. He doesn't know what to look for on crowns when it comes to x-rays. He also opted to do a "patch" job on a tooth rather than choose the best option. With the choices in TX maybe he looks good to those who don't know any better. Just finished my routine dental cleaning. Love how I'm always greeted by name as soon as I walk in. Rhonda, my hygienist, was so sweet today; she even gave me a blanket because I was chilly. Dr. Wall and his team have my loyalty as long as they're around – you can't beat being treated so well!
Best dental experience in a long time. Dr. Wall and the entire staff are so knowledgeable, soothing and caring. I actually look forward to my next visit.
Very detailed cleaning
I went to see Dr Wall for cosmetic sugery, the minute I entered his office I felt like a valued customer. His receptionist Kim warmly welcomed me. She was very sweet and polite and very kind. She set the atmosphere for the rest of the experience of my visit. When Dr wall treated me, he knew exactly what needed to be done to fix my smile and he did a thorough job.
