I had a great visit today. First time seeing Dr. Scott and his team, they treated my kids years ago(@ his old office) and they remember them. Asked about their well-being and what they were doing. How cool is that. It was so thoughtful, not many providers take a minute to inquire about your family. Anyway, I got there early and after signing some papers Dr. Scott saw me early and I was able to make it back to work without taking more time off. Every encounter was pleasant. Really enjoyed the service for my daughter getting her braces. The staff was always friendly, and the doctor answered every question I had every time. He and the staff made the process much less intimidating. The environment is peaceful and always welcoming. I also like how they encourage kids to take care of their braces and reward them with coins to be able to buy gift cards. Looking forward to using the same company for my son when he needs them braces.
