Very kind and professional service. In and out quickly!
I went in asking for a covid/flu test which was denied. I had severe congestion and facial pain and was running a fever the day before. The doctor came in and I explained my symptoms he said which is worse I tried explaining all but for different reasons. He left came back said we want a stool sample could be C-diff mind you I wasn’t having the poops like that and hadn’t been on antibiotics for two weeks. I said isn’t that really contagious? Felt my situation was handled with professionalism and with understanding. Dr. Webb is kind ,considerate and listens.
I’d give zero stars if I could. His google reviews all reflect the same, which is his poor character. He is egotistical, dismissive, and does not take time to hear patients out before drawing conclusions and delivering his “professional” opinions in a belittling manner. I do not trust his judgment. How can you even diagnose when you don’t take the time to listen and hear patients discuss their symptoms?
