He is a nice guy but totally missed several health issues and a major health condition. I went back three times and got no better and finally ended up in the ER! There I was finally diagnosed and further tests showed one issue he had dismissed was in fact a serious issue! As if his incompetence was not enough, his nurse is the worst! She even refused to admit she had made a mistake and the people in the building there had a could-care-less attitude. I now am improving, no thanks to him!
One of the worst “care teams”. Nurses never follow up and chaos rules this office. Referrals are forgotten. And they tell you one time for an appointment only to have you show up and they put an alternate time down and then blame you for their error! Bryan is mediocre at his best. I was misdiagnosed and it took a visit to the ER to get a proper diagnosis and Bryan’s follow up was greatly lacking. And he completely missed a symptom I had raised a couple of times and dismissed it. Not good.
