I have known Dr Judy since he bought the practice from Dr Lind. He has always been very professional UNTIL something is not in his favor. He was set up to take out all of my autistics son’s teeth and make dentures. We did all the denture prep. When it was near f the time we had scheduled for the extractions none of the prep was done on his side. The cardiologist was not contacted as told would be done. I visited Mercer Island Dental Associates last week as a new patient, and I had a wonderful experience from start to finish. I was warmly welcomed by Loralie, which immediately helped me feel more at ease, especially since I tend to get nervous at the dentist. Dr. Kang was friendly, professional, and very thorough. I had a great experience at this office! Dr. Kang is gentle, knowledgeable, and incredibly informative—she explains everything in a way that’s easy for a patient to understand. Nicole is one of the best hygienists I’ve ever seen. She talked me through the cleaning, pointed things out as she went, and gave helpful tips on how I could improve. She made the experience comfortable and stress-free, which meant a lot to a nervous patient like me. I can't recommend this team enough!

When dr Maruhashi sold his practice, this new group came in. I had already confirmed an appointment with the new dental hygienist a week prior. So when i showed up to the appointment, i was 10 minutes late b/c of traffic. I was told because i didnt call again to confirm my appointment, that they gave my time slot away. Sorry but i dont have to confirm appointments more than once. If you double booked me then just say so, instead of insulting my intelligence.
