This gentleman performed a procedure on my daughter, which did not require a copay. They made her pay the copay the day of the procedure, and he changed the coding after she was put under to cover the overpay. We have been told that the check is in the mail and the doctor would call her after the procedure, but nothing. Not a moral interaction.

I was experiencing bleeding and mucus discharge from my rectum. Dr, Contreras diagnosed the problem as external hemorrhoids and banded 5 of them over a period of 6 months. With each banding, I experienced severe cramping that lasted 24-48 hours. The discharge was reduced for a short period followed by an increased amount thereafter. In the end, I was often soaking through a heavy duty sanitary pad in an hour. One trip from Tucson to Phoenix required 2 stops to change my pads each time. Very sad place. It is very hard to see the doctor. You also cannot follow-up with the doctor. They send you to a nurse practitioner that does not care., getting ready to retire. The place they use for the colonoscopy is also poorly ran. You get treated like a cow at the feed lot, and no one cares. There is absolutely no follow-up after your colonoscopy and endoscopy. This is also part of the Arizona Gastreology group. They also have a Green Valley office.

Doctor was rude, abrupt and did not want to listen to my complaints or feedback. I have been to a lot of doctors/specialists easily one of the worst two ever. Do not go, get better care elsewhere.
