Very disappointing experience. There was a complete lack of empathy from the doctor and the entire staff. I came looking for help and possible options, but instead I felt like nobody really cared about my the overall attitude from the employees was cold and dismissive. When you go to a medical professional, especially when you are dealing with a difficult situation, you expect compassion, communication, and some effort to help.
