In June 2024 I went to Dr. Monson for cataracts. I didn’t intend to get corrective lenses because, as a retired person, finances were tight and I never minded wearing glasses. Dr. Monson, however, is a very charismatic person and did a hard sell on the supposed latest and shiniest corrective lenses. I literally can never get through to them, they do not answer phones then when they do , they say they will call you back but dont ! ,you can go into the office and they tell you they will have somebody call you and that never happens. Dr. Monson himself reached out to me twice in a text message and told me he would call me back the next day of course that never happened. They don’t answer their phone. I believe something is very weird and wrong over there. My eye doctor sent over three referrals. Nothing never heard anything from them. They have no answering service or nothing. I’m being series when I say they never answer their phone. I call every day just because I’m I am curious. Nothing. You think if they can run an office how are they gonna run a surgery. Big red flag. Huge I think I got through twice and it was a Dr. Boardman. Says they have been having phone issues.
