While the doctors are nice, his staff especially his front dest clerks are rude and incompetent. You will have to call and forcefully make them do things as they are lazy and hateful. Just drive the extra hour to amarillo. The doctors will not personally speak to you on the phone. Which is odd and not common. If you want a horrible and anger filled experience go here. 9/28/16
