I am concerned regarding a recent problem in patient care at NW Eye Care Professionals. Four times, during office hours, I had to call to request a prescription refill when the local pharmacy reported the Clackamas office was not responding to their request to refill that prescription; at 12:03 on 6/29, 11:16 on 7/2, and 12:50 & 1:45 on 7/3. I finally got a callback on the afternoon of the third, with the staffer noting they changed their phone system (today) which does not explain why there was no response to the three prio... read more
