The absolute rudest and despicable front desk staff I have ever encountered. People like this shouldn’t be allowed in customer service positions.
Had the "pleasure" of seeing Dr. Overton today for a root canal procedure. Upon walking in, his office staff was extremely helpful with insurance and all necessary "paperwork". The visit was indeed a "pleasure".... A caring professional that was concerned about keeping me comfortable throughout the entire procedure
I had a root canal done with Dr. Overton performing it. He was super professional, friendly and very caring, meeting all my needs. He made sure I was in no pain during the procedure. He also walked me up to the front door himself, it's usually the nurse that does that., and gave me his personal cell phone number in case i needed anything. Overton is the worst medical professional that I have ever been treated by. I went in for a root canal last Wednesday and not only was he extremely inappropriate and unprofessional, but I left injured. Overton is extremely arrogant and seems to almost get a thrill out of pushing limits. Throughout my root canal I witnessed him make various flirtatious comments to the dental hygienist/assistant who assisted with the procedure.
