The care this office and Bruce Brady gave was neglect. For 3 months I tried to call and left messages weekly. My new Doctor was shocked that my insulin dose was too high. I suffered memory problems from so many lows. Find another doctor.
This office is not friendly, not flexible, and very poor bedside manner. They are not engaging with patients and take a “take you or lose you” mentality. Picking up my sons medical records and finding a new endo. HORRIBLE FRONT OFFICE!!! Rude, inflexible, no exceptions for “no show” fees even when my son never received reminder texts. They told me to my face they don’t care about losing a patient - to enforce their unrealistic unfair inflexible policies!! Awful medical practice!!!!! And rude staff!!!!
We went to Dr. Brady to get a specialists help with Type 1 diabetes, he didn't help what so ever. He took A1c and that is about it, he never made changes to insulin dosage or even cared to check BG readings. He is never available or even his assistant to ask questions. Prescription refills take days. We are no longer seeing Dr. Brady and have found a new Dr. that our insurance with take but he will not give us a referral.
