I have a pretty bad dental phobia from bad experiences. I was referred to Dr. Lachot's office. I needed a couple of crowns. My appointments were with Dr. Loo. I can't say enough positive stuff about the man. I didn't feel the needle at all - and I needed quite a few shots. He has great bedside manner and is really friendly and attentive. I had the opportunity to work with Jill and other members of the office staff and was just amazed at how helpful and intelligent they are. Most of the time I dread speaking with the office staff, but these guys are so nice! Dr. Lachot and Dr. Loo are amazing (of course) and lucky to have their office staff! Great practice!
