I have been a patient for years, yesterday I called for an appointment, receptionist was rude. She said I had to have my Insurance card to make an appointment, I explained it was the same card on file but that I would go get it. She told me very rudely to call back when I had the card ready. Then hung up. This is awful customer service. Will not return
