I’ve never been to this practice however a patient’s information is associated with my phone number. I called the office to make them aware of the mistake however they have not tried to rectify the information. At this point I’m not sure if it’s a HIPAA violation because I’ve been receiving medical details about this patient whom I don’t know. You might want to find another practice if you care about your information
Dr. Kanengiser is so unfriendly, always in a rush and unprofessional. When I asked a question, he starts to answer and then let his nurses finish the answer. I am thinking of changing my eye doctor.
A family member visited Dr. Kanengiser for a consultation regarding an eye issue. The office staff led her through multiple tests without explaining what they were doing or why. When she asked if the growth might resolve on its own, Dr. Kanengiser responded, “Do you think it will go away on its own?”—a condescending and unprofessional remark. We sought expert guidance but instead felt dismissed and belittled. Poor communication and lack of empathy make this an easy doctor to avoid. Would not recommend.
I have been a patient for many years. I just love Dr Kenengiser. He has such a great personality and explains his treatment plan for me in a professional manner. I just wish the waiting room had more seats!!!!
