I initially encountered Dr. Hoang over three years ago at urgent care in Santee. This was related to a work injury. I have seen Dr. Hoang on several different occasions. He has the worst bedside manner. He is all business and not worried about your welfare. He knows who he works for and it is not you. Bad needed paper work took a month to get the results
I am writing this review for your office in Santee (9745 Prospect Ave, Santee, CA 92071), I called prior to arrival to try to make an appointment but the receptionist told me on the phone that an appointment is not necessary due to your establishment is an 'urgent' healthcare so I came in at 9:15 AM. After an hour an half of waiting, I informed the receptionist that I have to go back to work by noon, she assures me that I will be seen soon, I waited until 11:20 AM and still was not seen.
