Anne is highly knowledgeable and meticulous, paying close attention to every detail. Her professionalism and courtesy are commendable.
I wish I didn’t have to choose even one star because they don’t deserve it. I will never recommend this office although I really like Dr Stephanie Stovall. It is impossible to get in to see her. I was hospitalized for a week with a major surgery then two weeks later back in the hospital with life threatening complications. When called to schedule a hospital follow up that needed to be within 7 days they couldn’t get me in for almost 6 weeks. *Update , two months after the first visit I just found out they refilled the wrong generic medication and it has been detrimental to my health. Not sure what is worse, the office staff or the the attending physicians. They will waste your time, your deductible’s, and energy. For simple things that can be diagnosed with a primary care physician FIRST VISIT, Smith came in read a list of medications i am on, then ordered blood test results and left the room, asked if I had any questions while half way out the door... waited ... read more
Dr. Rankin has been my primary care physician for 25 years. He has helped me through countless bouts of chronic pancreatitis, among other illnesses. He has always been a rock when I needed one. I hate the fact that he is retiring, but he deserves it. He has been burning the candles at both ends, with the research clinic going full time. All bar one of the reviews were sent before the service was taken over by complete health.. I agree with Chris on BBB, medical service second to none but almost impossible to talk to anyone.. dissatisfied.
I never got past the front desk. evidently they lost credentials for new patients with Florida Healthcare Plans HMO...they had my info for two weeks on their patient portal and one week on paper!! No one said anything until I showed up for my appointment. OH..I was invited to self pay...kinda defeats the point of having insurance doesn't it? I think I should get to bill them for my wasted time.
BEWARE OF THIS PLACE!!!! Marla makes errors over the telephone, hangs up on the customer and then blames the customer for her lack of control. The office manager, Derby. Now that’s a class act. She upholds the behavior of the staff, fails to listen to the customer and is cold and dismissive in her mannerisms. What a a wild rollercoaster experience.
