I was referred to Dr. Edwards for some gum recession occurring in my bottom two front teeth. From the moment I entered his lovely office I was greeted by the kindest and sweetest medical administrator, everyone else after that was equally wonderful. I had a wonderful experience earlier this week with Dr. Edwards for gum grafting to treat some gum recession. From the moment I arrived, the office was spotless and welcoming, and the front desk staff were incredibly friendly and professional. Dr. Edwards was right on time and took the time to walk me through the entire procedure, clearly explaining what to expect and answering all of my questions. My first visit was good. My second visit i started got abcesses. They were painful. I went back for a 3rd visit they told me I would need a root canal. What I had no issues prior to these deep cleaning. I knew after my 3rd visit I would not be returning. Abcess after abcess with them digging into my gum. My right side. I had no issues or abcess with my gums prior to these deep cleaning. The last abcess i got nearly took my life.
