Both my husband and I had our eye exams there last year, and unfortunately both of our prescriptions were incorrect. We scheduled a follow up appointment to have them re evaluated and were told we would need to go to the Trenton office. That appointment was later cancelled without any notification to us, which was extremely frustrating. Overall, there were far too many challenges throughout the process, especially considering the amount of money we spent. Very disappointing experience.
Excellent staff, polite and professional. I must also highly recommend Dr. Nathalie Renaud, who I rate 10/10 in ALL respects, and in particular - her ability to ensure that I felt valued as a customer. Definitely recommend! Thank you! 🙂
