I went here because my 80+ yr old mother is a client and was very impressed and happy with the service and care. They got me in right away. Dr. Ricky Cheung assessed and treated my eye infection. He was very thorough in his assessment, and in assuring that all of my questions and concerns were addressed. He has an amazing bedside manner, putting me at ease and even sharing a few laughs. All of the staff are friendly and professional.
My daughter is on the spectrum and I was dreading this appointment. It could not have gone better. I had to hold back happy tears during the appointment. Dr. Coward was phenomenal. He worked with her limited language, didn't get frustrated when she got distracted, used multiple different techniques to maintain her attention. Dr. Coward and Associates are a very professional team. I've been a patient of Dr. Coward for years. Dr. Coward has seen me anytime I have called and picked up on conditions with my eye immediately. I completely trust this team. Reception is amazing always fitting me in when I have an emergency.
The office booked me in in a super reasonable time frame. When the initial optometrist was unexpectedly unavailable, I was quickly booked with another optometrist who was able to see me that same day, and provided amazing care. The staff was lovely and kind, and I'm really looking forward to picking up my new prescription.
My daughter was having migraines and we were told it could be her glasses prescription has changed so we visited Dr. Bruce Coward and associates and were very pleased with the staff who were warm and genuine and helped get her a new prescription and new glasses. I would recommend them to friends and family.
