The Doctors are very kind, and explain things well. I am a patient and have always had a great experience with Dr Tzeng. This last visit I had a minor issue and he explained everything thoroughly giving me great peace of mind! I have taken my elderly Mom with dementia and her doctor was absolutely fantastic with her.
It a very comfortable space...it doesn't feel like sterile bleak hosptail waiting room . Staff are easygoing but very professional in nature. You aren't rushed or treated like a number. A stress free experience. DR. Ricky is amazing explaining in easy to understand way. A great bedside manner . Their in store optical shop made sure even my.old glasses were in top shape . It is a bit challenging navigating a wheelchair as floor space us limited but they do have the wheelchair door openers. Parking lot is rather small ... read more
Dr Cheung is amazing. He's so funny and so down to earth. He explains everything so clearly, and he's so patient going through the 1,2,3 lens process. I highly recommend Dr Cheung for eye care.
Like night and day from my former optometrist to now. No shade on the former, just dated as far as equipment and process. Dr Cheung was fantastic. Everything was like clockwork. Definitely found my new spot. 💯 recommend.
