Had an appointment at their Picton clinic and they got my prescription wrong, and/or were unable to fit me with a new pair on contacts. This was after 2 rounds of non-standard samples to replace my old standard set (which worked perfectly before my visit). They eventually asked me for an additional fitting fee, which I declined because the initial visit was relatively brief and expensive.
