Exceptionally rude. Threatened to revoke my medical on several occasions. Colluded with other AME’s to sabotage my medical records. My airline has stopped dealing with dr Chien because of his arrogance and petulant behavior. “Rudest sob I’ve dealt with in 30 years” - airline rep. Dr chien while exceptionally knowledgeable had a severe case of napoleon complex. Needs to be taken down a peg or two.
