Dr Alexander is a brilliant hypnotherapist. His methodology and approach towards patient care and wellbeing is second to none. I couldn't recommend Dr Alexander more highly. He is a testament to the field of hypnotherapy and mental health.

I saw Dr Bruce Alexander for a 40 year nail biting habit that I was unable to fix on my own. I had tried a few times in the past and was never able to stick with it. Dr Bruce Alexander did a fantastic job in curing me, it took 2 sessions and I am so happy with the results. I had my first manicure with my own nails recently, it felt like such a big deal (to me). Saw Dr Alexander to cut back on alcohol consumption. I was very skeptical but also very motivated to change. I went twice and it has worked incredibly well. I still go out for dinner and have a glass of wine, but I have cut back the mid week glass and so on that infiltrated my diet during lockdown. The Dr also offered advice and support around career- seems he has excellent insight into what may be a stress trigger.
