Dr. Bruce Germer is untrustworthy, unprofessional, and does not communicate and he is careless with me. During every session with him he has failed to to explain about anything that was going on with my macular degeneration. He also left a sponge in my eye which he denies. I also had to wait 3 to 4 hours to see him.
Dr. Germer is a wonderful doctor. He treated my mother for years before she passed away and did great procedures on her that prolonged her sight. After I started having eye problems due to side effects from the Pfizer vaccine, I started going to him as well. He is very kind and takes his time to explain everything and is very thorough. I’ve recommended several people to him.
I have been a patient of Dr Germer for years. I called on a Friday concerning a problem with my eye that appeared overnight. I have had 3 retina tears in the past. I was told that the next available appointment was Thursday the following week, 5-6 days later, that is not acceptable. In that time frame I could lose my eye sight. Never going back to him.
The problem isn't with Dr. Bruce Germer Or Eye Surgery Center of Louisiana it's Jen care is taking all the parking places by the building, Why is that❓️
The doctor was rough on my mom's eye during an injection. She hurt for 4 days after. The appointment itself was ridiculously long. She will NOT go back!
