Everything about this place is wonderful. The building itself is historic and beautiful. The people there were friendly and kind. They were thorough and explain everything they are doing. Totally open to any and all questions or concerns you have along the way. Completely enjoyable experience.
I've been a patient of Dr. Birchenough for 20 years. (My husband, kids, and elderly parents as well) I chose him because of his top-notch education and credentials. But I have stayed because unlike other medical offices, they are SUPER responsive and take the time to get to know you. When I call or text them, I get an immediate personal response. I just know I can rely on them to be there when I need them. And that's everything.
