Our experience with Dr. Santos was disappointing due to communication challenges and lack of bedside manner. When my mom struggled to understand certain medical explanations, Dr. Santos raised her voice and waved her hands in a way that felt condescending rather than helpful. It seemed as though she assumed everyone had a medical background and didn’t take the time to explain things in simple terms. Very professional in manner and appearance. Shows care and concern for her patients. Has personal experience in critical illness so she understands. Answers questions. I leave with the over all feeling she cares for people. Staff is very friendly and talkative.
