Dr. Brown is absolutely charming and skilled. Super recommended. However the reason of this bad review is about the receptionist. Treating people like they were idiots, not a single smile, she is an incredibly rude and not friendly at all lady, either in person or on the phone. I'm sorry about the one star review but she made my experience with Dr. Brown the worst I ever had. I cannot speak more highly of rheumatologist Dr Chris Browne. I have been seeing Chris for health issues since 2010. At every opportunity Chris has gone out of his way to help improve my health and well being. Chris is easy to talk to, listens , informative and above all, caring and kind. I consider myself extremely lucky to have been referred to him all those years ago.
Dr Browne is an amazingly accomplished Rheumatologist, he has provided me with brilliant treatments. Highly recommended.
Definitely worth the 2 hour train trip down to Sydney . Dr. Browne is kind, courteous and very skilled. He stopped my RA in its tracks, I have been pain free for almost 4 years now and I owe that to his expertise.
Refuses to even see me because I'm not vaccinated for covid. Despite the only people I know currently with covid being fully vaccinated. It doesn't make sense and it's a disgusting practice in Australia of all places. I would've been happy to show a negative test but that's not good enough for these narrow minded individuals. Shame be upon them.
