Spent 10+ hours waiting and wondering. Be aware that when they tell you it will be a "few minutes", they mean it will be a few hours. When they tell you its going to take a couple of hours, it may be 10. Very poor communication about the status of your pet and their procedures. Very expensive. After a long wait, the issue we came here about isn't resolved. I would not recommend.
I'm starting off by saying that I am torn on what to review. I had to hospitalize my dog for a day and he is doing better, and the cost here was over half less then if i would have stayed at the original pet ER, And the staff was generally kind and loving on my dog. With that said I genuinely don't know that I would come back or recommend this particular clinic to anyone unless it was truly a life or death max capacity at other clinics situation. Took my cat in for an eye issue. The vet and tech were nice and diagnosed the issue. However, obtaining the medication to treat my cat has been a nightmare. 2 weeks later, I still don’t have the meds, my cat is still untreated (eye looking worse) and I’ve been misled twice about it by the clinic. I just want my cat to be treated and healthy! I will not be coming back to this specialty clinic.
Would highly recommend. I recently called in to see if we could get our cat in last minute after she experienced a massive seizure and they took all of our info down and were able to take her back to be examined as soon as we got there. Everyone was friendly, patient, and extremely helpful. We especially appreciated Dr. Meegan Snyman. She has an excellent bedside manner and empathy skills. I went in to the VCA Saturday morning (10/11/25) because my dog wasn't feeling/acting normal. When I arrived the lady at the desk (Priscilla) asked a few questions and said there's a $230 emergency fee needed to pay, then she can call someone to come to the lobby and get my dog from me I paid and they took him back to get started. I was happy that they were getting straight to figuring out what is wrong.
