I didn’t make an appointment due to the wait time for a single procedure (understandable due to the gynaecologist being female) however I wanted to leave a review in appreciation of the lovely receptionist. After dealing with another clinic that seemed to lack any empathy, it was very refreshing to speak to someone who was genuinely kind and took the time to help assist me.
Dr Brooke O'Brien deserves a google review; I felt I was finally heard, understood and supported. I got clear and extended information, and at no time did the appointment feel rushed. Everything got covered, and I know I am in good hands, with the right knowledge. I would definitely recommend this doctor, but also the practice, as the whole lead up to the appointment was professional yet personal and comfortable. A good secretary is half the work, thanks

We found Dr O'Brien very caring, thorough and informative. She interacted with my teenage daughter as a whole and as a person, unlike other consultations. It was so refreshing and has given as hope.
