Dr. Nevins is a wonderful physician and a wonderful person. He regards each patient as a human being anf treats them with caring, kindness and courtesy. He is of course extremely knowledgeable about medicine but his approach is not one way suits all,. He recognize that patients have different needs and is able to accept those different needs in creating a treatment plan. He practices medicine the way it was practiced when people entered medicine in order to help people and I am grateful that I found him. Janet Belkin
The only downside is that now all hospital admissions are taken care of one of the groups (NY Presbeterian, Montefiore, etc.) This means that my doctor is in some ways cut off from the referral network associated with NY Presbeyterian, even though he formally had admitting privileges. He does have access to my records there, but it changes the relationship greatly,
Knowledgeable, warm and caring staff, excellent care in general. Dr Nevins listens carefully to my concerns and addresses each with care, patience and clarity. He is always willing to discuss my suggestions for my health issues and care.
