What happened? Hello, my name is Ryan a forgotten customer. Since the transition from Dr. Rondeau to Dr. Sep there has been a steady decline in service which is unfortunate. Issues with scheduling appointments, zero follow up on sleep studies for months and despite commitments to get answers to questions, they have fallen in the abyss. Having said all of this, everything has since been rectified and I appreciate the effort. Changing my rating because of it.
I received TMJ treatments at this clinic which lasted close to 7 months. It was a success. The expertise and friendliness with all the associates and staff was amazing. I highly recommend this facility the many treatments they offer.
The most amazing team of people! I felt welcomed and incredibly comfortable every time I came in and every person I interacted with was knowledgeable and so kind. I came in with awful jaw pain and loud clicking in my jaw and left with no pain and no more clicking. I had braces for 5 years and had gotten them off a year before coming here and my bite remains perfect as the day I got them off. No changes to my bite meant that I did not have to go through any more orthodontics and my teeth remained feeling and looking good.
Referred to Dr Sep by my dentist. I could not open my mouth, had jaw pain and one side of my face was numb. My diet was soup. From the first visit with Dr Sep and his team I have been impressed with their compassion and capability. The technology they use is extraordinary. I was fitted for a splint. Since that time (3 months) with subsequent visits/reviews my jaw has been repositioned, I can open my mouth without pain and the face numbness has gone. No surgery.
