I go see him once a year an he's amazing one a the best docs I have ever had he makes a scary situation just a little more better
If I could give them a 0 star I would horrible we drove an hour to my daughters appointment which they confirmed over the phone last week we arrived and got told my daughter was not booked today and we had the paper work right from the doctor himself stating date and time and the receptionist was rude and nasty and needless to say we drove an hour for nothing will not be returning such an. Unprofessional place people beware
As a first-time mom, I couldn't have asked for a better experience with Dr. Brock McKinney From our very first appointment, he was knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly supportive. He always took the time to answer all my questions (no matter how small or anxious they sounded), and never made me feel rushed. I was trying to get a referral sent to Dr. McKinney. I spoke to reception whom was delightful. They told me they’d await the referral. After returning my referral to the walk in clinic several times, I called to ask what was going on. After several attempts to get information I was ignored and my calls were never answered. My doctor retired, and due to the complications of my pregnancy I was trying to get someone quickly.
