I am a new patient and I called this morning to have a piece of cotton Qtip that had lodge in my ear, taken out. Today is Wednesday 9/9/2026 and reception told me I wouldn't be seen until Monday the 14th. I'm concerned that waiting that long might cause complications. No wonder they only have a 3.6 rating.
Dr. Wertz is truly the best! I was looking for a doctor who would actually listen to my concerns and genuinely care, and I’m so grateful I found her. She remembers the little details about her patients, takes the time to listen, and truly goes above and beyond. Her entire staff is also incredibly kind and attentive. Very knowledgeable doctor and caring and her staff are amazing
Review is mainly for front desk staff Ashley and dr wertz. Whenever I speak to Ashley it is a rather an unpleasant experience. Today she decided to cut me off and place me on hold, completely disregarding my frustration as a patient when the office has been unclear and confused as to where my prescription is and why it wasn’t ordered for a whole week.
