Although I liked Dr. Schubert and felt she is a good DDS I can not go back there. I tried to make an appointment for fillings but the office informed me I am not allowed to schedule there anymore because I missed an appointment. I have no balance due. I usually call and cancel but I had severe issues with my son at that time and obviously forgot to cancel. Go ahead and charge me for a missed visit but to ban someone is ridiculous.
quite Bizarre in my case extremely disappointed and useless as a dentist. . thankfully I found a real dentist the next morning.
