It’s clear this provider does not care about her patients and does not show empathy. She made errors that negatively impacted my experience with her and did not take accountability, rather ignored my requests and concerns. I felt disrespected and brushed off.
This provider is the most unprofessional, rude and dismissive human being. Her bedside manners and her passive aggressive resulted my mother's life to be cut short. I do not recommend this Ice queen for anything. She is not a good person or has a good heart. Please be careful
