Disappointed in appointment wasn't able to be seen. Waited for 40 minutes still not seen appointment was confirmed before arrival and no mention of being behind.
Shockingly terrible. Staff is nice and that's about it. Didn't have any knowledge on BVD or visual snow syndrome, left us in the waiting room for close to 45 minutes if not more because they just didn't tell the Dr I was there or had an appointment. Paid for the special service for eye exam pictures, the doctor didn't even know I had them done, I had to explicitly ask. When she noticed a spot on my images she just said she wasn't worried, nothing about what it was or when it would be a cause for worry. When I initially arriv... read more
Brittany Adams was very thorough and identified a problem as a result of a previous laser eye surgery that was causing my vision problems. We agreed to postpone a lens prescription until after my visit to my ophthalmologist. Thank you Brittany.
