The doctor is great, but the office staff is utterly incompetent. They don’t answer their phones. They don’t call back. They don’t collect their faxes. They can’t get a simple prescription filled. After reading the reviews, I realize I am going to have to find a new doctor.
The worst clinic I have ever been to. The 5 star reviews must be written by her office or her family members!..Go to the lowest review section and read the many 1 star reviews on this practice. First of all, no one picks up the phone for days! They are only open for 4 days until 4pm..Dr Brienly hardly see patients, I was alway seen by her nurses, each time a different nurse...No one got back to me for my blood test & imaging results. Terrible family practice. I was always seen by her nurses, which is deceiving! The office manager by the name of Mercedes is very rude, and her staff are unfriendly, they don't get any work done on referrals on time, not to mention the frequent mistakes on the referrals... Hardly anyone pick up the phone during office hours and no one reply to the messages I sent on the patient portal. This office has a crooked and unprofessional practice. They first accept you as a new patient, then you hardly end up seeing Dr Brinley. Most of the time you end up seen by her 2 nurse practitioners, because, apparently, Dr Brinley is always either busy or away! First of all, we signed up to see her, and not her nurses...our insurance pays her and not her nurses... We don't want to be seen by nurses. Shady behavior. I called twice to see if they were accepting new patients BEFORE I switched my PCP to Dr. Brinley. I told them to be sure as I was switching this information with my health insurance. Both times they told me yes and even said it would be no problem to book an appointment as she had availability. Within ONE WEEK of having my insurance changed over, all of a sudden, her office manager tells me not only does she not have any open appointments for the REST OF THE YEAR, she is NO LONGER accepting new patients.
