This was hands-down one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a doctor’s office. I scheduled an appointment and was told I needed a referral, which my doctor sent over in advance. I drove almost an hour to get there, took a day off work, and was then told they didn’t receive the referral. Dr. Batra was very thorough and listened to me. He was calm, caring and took his time with me.Explained my situation. I definitely will be continuing my care with him!
Dr. Batra is thorough and has a caring bedside manner. I started seeing him as my pulmonary when I was pregnant over 20 years ago. An increase in medication was needed and he answered every question and worked with me to get the best option. He also treated my mother when she was hospitalized, he was compassion yet efficient.
Dr. Batra misdiagnosed my Mom who died 4 weeks later. Not even a phone call to offer condolences. He biopsied her and said it was benign. Really, how does that happen and someone passes away. I had to call the office each and every time instead of them calling us. Please read this and go elsewhere!!
Dr. Batra is awesome, he saw my father in the hospital. I l later followed up with him in his office, where his staff kindly accommodated my father right away, and he was so kind, knowledgeable, and attentive. Highly recommend him to anyone with pulmonary issues!!!

After taking an at home sleep study I called to find out the results. I was told that Dr. Batra hadn't had a chance to look at it. I never got a follow up call. When I called, 3 weeks later, I was told that I had been diagnosed with severe sleep apnea. A prescription for a CPA had been written. When the machine was delivered I attempted to use it and, when I had problems, called the office. I was told, oh, the woman who deals with that isn't in today.
