I am very happy with my eye exam and care here! I was having eye issues, pain and unable to use my contacts. Dr Finnell took time to listen to my concerns and help me find a way to wear contacts again! All of the staff was extremely helpful and kind. I would highly recommend them. Thank you again!
I can not begin to express the professionalism & respect they treat customers with! I went in because I had a contact stuck, which Dr. Brett promptly removed & offered a replacement. Matt informed me of other services I was not aware of, and in the future I will continue to be a repeat client. They both deserve a 10+ because they were beyond awesome. They represent the best in the optical business.
Disappointed that Dr Briggs' office didn't tell me that they were out of network for VSP vision insurance. When I told them I had VSP they said I should just pay with my credit card and file the claim for reimbursement though their App. Didn't explain I would only be reimbursed for 25% of the exam instead or 100%. Will be going back to Dr Simon at New Berlin Costco in the future as exams are fully covered.
I had an appt. With Dr Brett Briggs at the Costco In Pewaukee Wi. What an excellent experience from beginning to end. His assistant was pleasant and very helpful. Dr Briggs was very thorough and knowledgeable. He makes you very comfortable and does an excellent job explaining any of your questions. An can't beat the pricing on eye wear. I differently would return.
