I didn’t know what to expect when I started EMDR and IFS therapy, but working with Dr. Nash has been incredible. She is super down-to-earth, easy to talk to, and really knows her stuff. I’ve worked through things I’ve carried for years and finally feel like I’m not constantly stuck in survival mode.
