Worst medical office I have ever dealt with. Was a patient from 2012 to 2022. They refused to provide me with a copy of my medical records stating I have to re-establish care with their office. They have not returned any of my calls. My access to the patient portal has been removed. Literally, no way to get a hold of them because they never answer their phones.
